Who processes the data

The controller is MoveoTech. The data collected concerns the animal and its owner: microchip and position are referable to a natural person, so they are personal data of the owner, not of the animal.

Position and proximity

Positions recorded by the tracker are kept for a limited period and then deleted. There is no path that lets a user reach the identity of another animal's owner: an identification request goes through the authorities, never through the app.

Sharing with other users is off by default, needs the consent of both parties and can be withdrawn at any time.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection are exercised from the app or by writing to the controller. Deleting the account really deletes the data, it does not hide it.
