Terms of service

What the service does

Pawerful holds the health record, the reminders and the services for the animal, and shows the position of a compatible tracker.

What it does NOT do

The tracker works only if the animal wears a compatible device: without one, there is no data at all.

Recorded proximity shows nearness, not causation. The data is circumstantial evidence alongside a veterinary report or a witness, and the interface never states that a specific animal attacked.

The service is not an official register and does not replace the national dog registry.

Liability

Article 2052 of the Italian civil code places liability for damage caused by an animal on its owner. The service neither transfers nor lessens it.
